Public Garden Tours and Winter Walks
One of the best ways to experience the gardens is on one of our docent-led tours offered from early spring into mid-autumn.
We also have scheduled winter walks November through February to help you enjoy nature and get some exercise in the winter months.

Autumn Garden Tours
Come learn about the plants and unique features of the garden on a fall garden tour. Tours last 1.5 - 2 hours. Tours begin at the Welcome Center at the Gatehouse. Come join multiple tours throughout the year and see how the gardens change. Every season is special at Meerkerk Gardens.
Tour is from 1 - 2:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per person (includes the price of admission to the garden). Children under 13 enter free. Dogs on leash are always welcome at Meerkerk Gardens.

Winter Walks
Take a break from those long, dark holiday weekends to enjoy the beauty of nature, fresh air, and exercise on a guided Winter Walk through Meerkerk Garden's 54 acres of lush plantings and evergreen forests. Walks begin at 1 p.m. at the gatehouse. The cost is $15 per person for each walk (includes the price of admission to the garden). Children under 13 enter free. Dogs on leash are always welcome at Meerkerk Gardens.
You can also buy a discounted ticket for all four winter walks (Nov. 27, Dec. 20, Jan. 1, Feb 14) for $40.
